Poultry and fish are more healthier than red meat, thats why you can eat it once or twice a week.
Meat, poultry, & fish are high in protein and a typical serving should ideally take up 1/4 of your plate. However, the Mediterranean Diet (see to the left) does not recommend these sources for your daily protein intake. |
